What people ask before coming
How old do I need to be?
Our studio policy is that we do not tattoo or pierce anyone under 18, and we make no exception with parental consent. ID is checked on the day.
Is the consultation paid?
No. The 30-minute consultation is free, in person or by video. Placement, scale, number of sessions and price are agreed there.
Why a deposit, and is it refundable?
The deposit secures the artist’s drawing time and your slot, and is deducted from the session price. It is refunded for cancellations up to 48 hours before; one free reschedule is included (sample rule).
How is the price set?
By size, style, colour, placement and estimated time. The wizard’s range is only a guide; the final quote follows the consultation. A minimum session fee applies.
How should I prepare?
Sleep well, eat before your session and avoid alcohol for 24 hours. Don’t sunburn the area; we shave it for you. Wear comfortable clothes that expose the area.
When can’t I get tattooed?
We don’t tattoo during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over active skin conditions, with a fever or under the influence. Declare blood thinners, diabetes, epilepsy or heart conditions on the consent form; we may ask you to consult your doctor.
Are touch-ups free?
Touch-ups within 3 months of the session are free if the aftercare instructions were followed (sample condition). After that they are charged as a short session.
Can you cover an old tattoo?
In most cases, yes. A consultation is required: the darkness, size and placement of the old piece define the new design. Attach a photo to your request.
How can I pay?
The deposit is paid online; the session can be paid in cash, by card or bank transfer at the studio. Gift card balances can be used too.
Can I bring someone?
One companion is welcome. Stations are hygiene zones, so we ask companions to wait in the lounge area.
